Graeme Queen

Leveraging extensive software engineering experience to provide a high standard of information technology support, Graeme Queen serves as senior director at Portland, Oregon’s Standard Insurance Company. Over his tenure with the business, he has managed large operating budgets, designed offshore development solutions, and helped implement a cloud-based insurance claim-management platform. Graeme Queen's professional history also includes periods as systems consultant and manager of systems analysis with PacifiCorp in Portland.

Before establishing himself in IT, Graeme Queen enrolled at the University of Strathclyde, from which he earned his bachelor of science in physics. Continuing his education, Mr. Queen secured his master of business administration in finance from Portland State University, earning a 4.0 GPA.

In his private life, Mr. Queen is currently teaching himself how to cook, using his two children as sometimes willing tasters. A native of Scotland, he returns to that country each year, in addition to traveling often to India on business.
